Paolo Nutini CD cover and Website: Inspiration

Nutini's album 'These Streets' was released on 17th July 2006 and immediately entered the UK album charts at number three. The album cover consists of three colours in strips going along vertically.

I like this cover as I think it works, each colour possibly representing each individual artist. However, in my case I have one artist and this might not look suitable. I could however take separate shots of Jem in different stances and use them. This look is more fun and not as sophisticated, slightly more playful.

Again, this website is rather sleek and clean. The white background works really well with the title and the other interior of the website. The new album cover is what fills in the colour for the font which looks really interesting. This again will remind whomever is looking at the website there is new music being launched/ or launching. All of this acts as a catalyst to help promote the marketing of the band and looks good.

The layout is also really immaculate, it all ties in really well and looks good. Having the same font from the title to the content on the left makes it look more organised and tidy. This is definitely a layout I will be taking into consideration for my website.
